CLIO 10 is able to execute T&S parameters evaluation with a single measurement:
- Use sinusoidal stereo sweep
- Connect Laser to channel A, current sensing to channel B
- Measure displacement with channel A together impedance with channel B
- Execute T&S parameters evaluation
